Our amazing batch is set on 1,123m² and nestled in a tranquil spot near the water's edge. You can easily walk to town via the boardwalk, so you're close to everything you need while still enjoying privacy and peace. This place is perfect for a family holiday. Surrounded by beautiful trees and gardens, it offers a unique setting that's truly special. The ground level features an open plan living area with a cozy wood burner and heat pump, two spacious bedrooms, and a main bathroom. You'll love the large wrap-around deck that overlooks the gardens. We've even converted half of the double garage into a second lounge, which is super convenient, especially if you have kids. And don't worry, we also have a cozy doggy house for your furry friend to enjoy some privacy and relaxation. The garden view bedrooms on the ground floor provide direct access to the garden, making it easy to step out and enjoy the natural surroundings. Upstairs, you'll find a beautifully appointed master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and stunning water views over the estuary. There's even a lovely little balcony where you can kick back and relax with your morning coffee. Guest access For a time you are staying at our batch, you have access to all the house, but please treat it like yours and look after it.
