This cosy holiday home is perfect for families or small groups looking to unwind and enjoy a genuine coastal escape. Just a short stroll from the beach and tennis courts, it’s easy to fill your days with relaxed activities and time together. The open-plan living area flows onto a sunny deck—an inviting spot for morning coffees or an evening barbecue. Inside, the kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, fridge, and microwave—everything you need to keep everyone happy and well-fed. The lounge features a TV with Freeview and a Bluetooth sound system, ideal for a chilled-out movie night. Sleeping arrangements are family-friendly: a king-size bed with ensuite in one room, a queen in another, and a double/single bunk in the third. There’s also a main bathroom with a shower, bath, and vanity, plus a separate toilet. A washing machine and additional freezer are neatly tucked away in the laundry. Out on the deck, fire up the gas BBQ and gather around the wooden table and chairs while the kids enjoy the fresh seaside air. Dogs are welcome to stay outside only (a separate dog bond applies). Important Notes: Minimum Stay: We have a five-night minimum for Jan/Feb bookings to help ensure a relaxed, family-focused environment. Bond: A refundable bond is required. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll provide details on the bond amount and payment method (usually a direct bank transfer). The bond will be returned after your stay, provided the home is left in good order and all terms are met.
