THE PROPERTY:
The property is a sunny, spacious house set on expansive grounds just four minutes’ drive from Paihia. It’s the perfect spot for a peaceful and relaxing holiday, with plenty of space for families or larger groups (1 x King bed, 4 x Queen beds, 1 x portacot). Surrounded by native trees and set back from the street, the house provides peace, quiet and privacy while still being super convenient to Paihia, Waitangi and Haruru Falls.

GUEST ACCESS:
Check-in is fast and easy using our smart lock. You will have the entire property to yourself – there are no hosts on-site and no spaces shared with anyone other than the people in your group.
Guest access is the whole property, including private 5-bedroom home and spacious 2,306 sqm section.
There is free off-street parking available with space for two vehicles to park on the sealed driveway area outside the house. If you will be bringing more than 2 cars, please contact us for parking advice. Please do not park on the woodchip area as there is delicate pipework underground here that would be damaged by the weight of a vehicle.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Guests are welcome to use the spa, pool and BBQ but please be considerate. There are guidelines for spa and pool use at the house - please follow these to help keep them clean and please clean the BBQ after use. If the spa, pool or BBQ are left dirty, additional cleaning fees may be charged.
The pool is not heated so is unavailable during the winter months (1st June - 1st October) as it's just too cold. The spa is available all year round and there are beautiful beaches nearby for those brave enough to tackle a midwinter plunge!
We have a motion-activated security camera on each of the entrances and one on the parking area for our guests' peace of mind. Cameras are not monitored but recordings can be retrieved if needed. There are no cameras inside the house.
Unfortunately, due to host allergies we are unable to accommodate any pets (including assistance animals).
The house is on a private septic system so it is important that nothing is flushed other than toilet paper as anything else (eg. sanitary products, wipes, etc) will cause blockages, which may require emergency plumbers to be called!
