Explore Kaiteriteri is an entire 4 bedroom home that has stunning elevated views over the ever changing Kaiteriteri Estuary, a beautiful location nestled amongst native tress and citrus. This house is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your holiday, all that you need to do now is get out, be active and explore the local area and all its beauty's! The house is located approximately 7 minutes walk to the beach and within 1 minute of riding you can assess the bike park. The space Explore Kaiteriteri is a large 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house that easily caters for large groups, 2 families, or smaller groups that value their own space. The living room and master bedroom overlook the estuary and have an afternoon sun drenched deck that you can enjoy a good book while listening to the constant stream of native birds. The remaining three bedrooms are downstairs and open up to our native garden that have an abundance of fruit trees throughout it. There are great indoor spaces to relax in and a fabulous private outdoor entertainment area, located off the kitchen to enjoy the sunshine and happy times. A large double garage is fitted out with couches, table tennis, fridge and storage for helmets and biking packs. There is also plenty of room for cars and boats to be parked up with a fish filleting bay and an outdoor shower to hose off after coming home from the beach. A large moveable event style bike rack is provided to keep the family's bikes tidy and off the ground. Detailed bike maps, topo maps and local track information decorates the walls throughout. Use the house to base yourself for daily boating trips or mountain biking adventures or for smaller groups at cooler times of the year to capture the true beauty of this area in quieter times. Long weekends and school holidays have a minimum 3 night stay. No pets please. The house hire does not include linen hire. This is available for an additional $30 pp and needs to be arrange at least one week prior to arrival date. Linen hire includes sheets, pillow slips, towels, face clothes, bath mats, hand towels. Linen hire does not include Beach towels. A cleaning charge is additional to your booking fee, this ensures that the house is immaculate when guests arrive.
