The main bedroom has an ensuite with a large walk in tiled shower. The other two bedrooms are serviced by a bathroom with a shower over the bath. The balcony of 301 provides a bird’s eye view to watch the world go by and the apartment is perfectly located to enjoy the famous Marlborough Sounds, Queen Charlotte Track and Queen Charlotte Drive. Additionally the Marlborough wine region is just a short drive away. Our large kitchen has a double oven, ceramic cook top, full size fridge and freezer, microwave and dishwasher and is fully kitted while our balcony has a BBQ, so in-house catering is an option should you tire of the many wonderful places to eat in Picton and further a field in the Marlborough wine region. The utility room has a full size washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Linen, duvets, pillows and towels are provided.
