Sea La Vie holiday home is 900 meters into town, and across the road is the water, with endless views of boats coming and going, the boat ramp is only just down the road. Your family will enjoy our well-equipped modern home, with 3 bedrooms inside 2x bathrooms, and a huge lounge and dining area that flows onto the deck where you can relax on bean bags or grab a seat at the bar leaner or lounge around in our outdoor lounge suit. Outside boosts a nice cozy sleepout, and a few steps away outside is your own outdoor bathroom and shower. In total that is 3 toilets, 3 showers all on one property. Location is key but your own space is a treat, along with that is your own deck to sun bath on, it's your sun trap. We have our own push bikes for you to use, even the popular tandem bike, is a hit. The layout of this house makes it suitable for families of up to 12 guests. Please note, we allow a maximum of 8 adults per stay. The upper level offers a modern open-plan kitchen and living which opens to the expansive, private deck. This level also consists of 2 bedrooms, plus main bathroom with separate toilet. Downstairs has 3 bedrooms, plus an additional space with a single bed and couch. You need to walk through this space to get to the other bedrooms and bathroom. The bedrooms can be closed off to this space with single bed and couch. There is also a bathroom on this floor to service these rooms. Bedding configuration is: 1x King, 1x King, 1x Queen, 1x Queen, 1x King and 1x Single, plus downstairs space with 1x Single bed. This spacious house sits on a fully-fenced section with ample parking and room for the kids to play safely.
