It sleeps 2-5 (Queen bed plus kids sleeping loft with three mattresses accessed by ships ladder and a queen sofabed). One bathroom with shower over bath. Linen, towels and bedding supplied. Fully-equipped kitchen, dining table, basic Sky TV and outside dining table with BBQ. Additional facilities include washing machine and outdoor clothesline. Fern Cottage is quiet & private with garden & bush views out of every window. There is plenty of lawn for kids to run around. For the energetic, Belmont Regional Park is within walking distance, giving a wide selection of walking and mountainbiking trails with great views of the Wellington Region and South Island and challenges at all levels.
