Unfortunately our experience at Oxley's apartments was a little disappointing..... We stayed for 3 nights and every night there was loud thumping music coming from the raging pub below. We messaged management the first night and were told it was only on a thursday night that the music would be playing, but in fact it was also friday and saturday nights till around midnight "i would like to add this was NOT on new years eve" Contacted management again the second night and they told us we 'should have booked somewhere 10 minutes out of town' How are we meant to know the apartments are above a raging pub if we don't live in Picton and its not stated in any advertising? We paid close to $500 per night and got very little sleep so it's possibly not a suitable place for families/groups to stay if you want to sleep. Also the BBQ was too dirty to use and the oven wasn't clean either.
