Manaroa offers a unique holiday experience on the water's edge, in the heart of the Pelorus Sound. The house easily sleeps 8 to 10 people and is ideally suited for family groups or couples wishing to gather and enjoy time away together, plus small corporate groups needing to escape from the city. There are four large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a well-equipped modern kitchen. Plus spacious dining/living/sitting rooms, which lead onto the verandas and outdoors. These take you into the mature park like grounds, which have many sheltered and shaded areas to relax and unwind. Beautifully furnished and presented, guests can enjoy the simple luxury of walking into Manaroa with all of the necessities for their stay. There is a wide range of indoor and outdoor activities - fishing, boating, hiking, kayaking, swimming, farm and bush walks; all with an abundance of native bird life. Manaroa is easily accessible; by road (2.5 hours from Blenheim), by sea, (water taxi from Havelock - 1 hour), by boat (bring your own boat and tie up at the local jetty), by air, (please enquire.) Supplies can be ordered and delivered twice weekly. Manaroa is a peaceful and secluded destination for any time of the year.
