Located adjacent to the Dunes Golf Course in Matarangi, this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom upstairs apartment is only a 3 minute drive, or easy 10 minute stroll to the beautiful beach. There are many bedding configuration options which will cater to many different groups. The master bedroom boasts it's own deck, and private ensuite bathroom. The bed is a Super-King which can be split into 2x Single beds. The second bedroom has another Super-King which can also be split into 2x Single beds. The third bedroom has 2x Single beds which can be made up as a Super-King. Please advise us of your bedding preference at the time of booking, or at least 7 days prior to arrival. Otherwise the bedding will be set up as 1x Super-King, 1x Super-King, 2x Singles. The downstairs apartment is used as a holiday rental and is only occupied some of the time. The main bathroom features a shower, toilet and lovely deep bath which makes for a lovely spot to soak at the end of the day. There are 2 parking spaces allocated for you. Bedding, linen, towels, tea, coffee, sugar are all provided for you. Whilst we do not charge a separate cleaning fee, the apartment must be left tidy. This is a smoke-free property.
