Paihia waterfront location makes this holiday home one of the best in the bay. It’s only a 5 minute flat walk to Paihia township and wharf which is the tourism hub of the Bay of Islands. It's very quiet - no road noise!! The beach is across the road. The house has two levels with the top level comprising open plan kitchen, dining, bathroom and lounge all leading on to a huge deck with pleasant views down to the waterfront. This level also has the perfect bar where tall tales and true can be discussed after a full day in the bay. Downstairs there are four double bedrooms, master with en-suite and another bathroom. Sleep 4 couples. There is also a lounge area downstairs with 2 king single beds.
