The Flat on Winifred is right by the beach, and just a 3 minute stroll to town centre. Located on the bottom level of the house, the flat has it's own private access. There may be guests in the upstairs apartment during your stay. Only the back yard is shared with the upstairs level of the house. There are no internal stairs between the two floors. The flat offers an affordable getaway for a couple, or small family of up to 4 guests. The space There are two bedrooms, a cozy living area, plus a utility room which is a has a shower, washing machine, and kitchenette. The toilet is separate to the utility room. The lovely owners occupy the upstairs level, and will respect your privacy - but are more than happy to assist you with any queries during your stay. This tidy 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit with kitchenette is ideal for a couple, or small family. There is no oven - however, there is a hotplate, microwave, toaster, jug etc. There is a children's play-pool on the deck, and a trampoline on-site that children are welcome to use.
