The third bedroom has 2x Single beds which can be made up as a Super-King. Please advise us of your bedding preference at the time of booking, or at least 7 days prior to arrival. Otherwise the bedding will be set up as 1x Super-King, 1x Super-King, 2x Singles. The downstairs apartment is used as a holiday rental and is only occupied some of the time. The main bathroom features a shower, toilet and lovely deep bath which makes for a lovely spot to soak at the end of the day. There are 2 parking spaces allocated for you. Bedding, linen, towels, tea, coffee, sugar are all provided for you. Whilst we do not charge a separate cleaning fee, the apartment must be left tidy. This is a smoke-free property.
