Peaceful Pauanui Escape is a quiet haven - the perfect place to unwind and relax. The garden courtyard is a great place to find peace and quiet with a book under the shade, or sit on the front deck and watch the world go by. For more fun for everyone, there's table tennis, darts or petanque. The beautiful beach is only a 5 minute walk from your doorstep. There are lots of walkways for safe walking, scooting or skating as well as plenty of walking tracks to get back to nature. Café’s, restaurants, shops, supermarket, parks and the Lakes Golf Course are all within 3 minutes drive. The Pleasant Point Boat ramp is just 5 minutes. For safe swimming there is the surf club which has flags out in the summer. This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has space to accommodate up to 9 guests. Parties/events and loud groups are strictly not allowed and will not be tolerated - we have a quiet neighborhood with permanent residents. At the rear of the house there is ample parking for a game of cricket, plenty of parking for your vehicles, and even a large boat. Please note, there is no garage. *We allow children of all ages, but please note - the property is not fenced.* Suitable for up to 8 guests. However, you are only permitted to have the number of guests on your booking at the property.
