A three bedroom, 2 bathroom home located very close to Narrow Neck Beach in Auckland. You can walk to Devonport or catch a bus stop that is near by. There is a golf course that is close and a reserve and a coffee and breakfast/lunch restaurant on the beach. This home is fully furnished and has 2 decks that have tables, chairs and umbrellas. The main bedroom is king size with a brand new ensuite bathroom. The main bathroom is also new and there is a laundry room with sink and washer and dryer. Outside is a private Patio with Sun Canopy, 2 Lounger Seats and a table with two chairs. Breakfast is included in your stay as is the use of our Brand New Hot Spa Pool with stunning views of the Valley and the Pacific Ocean. We provided separate Pool Towels. We have a Washing Machine and Dryer Available for 1 full load free to our guests during their stay.

Tranquility Base is a 1 bedroom plus mezzanine Pauanui bach. Situated adjacent to the Lakes Resort Golf Course, this is a cosy and laid-back base for 2-4 people. As it is a private home also, you will find books, candles and private little things that make the atmosphere, just come and relax and be just yourself! Tranquility Base has WiFi, you can enjoy open plan living downstairs and will have a peaceful outlook into nature from the deck. Cute native birds will come for a visit from time to time... We have one bedroom with a Queen bed downstairs and another Queen bed on the loft (mezzanine) upstairs. The chalet has a bathroom with vanity and shower. Outside on the deck you will find an electric barbecue. Enjoy your time at Tranquility Base!

This home was only built in 2017 so is sparkling new with all new appliances and everything you could need for a great stay in Rotorua. It also has a heat pump so super cosy in winter and cool in summer. All bedrooms also have additional heaters to keep you warm and cosy. The house is two story and has outdoor living both at garden level and from the second story deck, which features fantastic views over the lake. Only a 10 min drive from the central city, this is a quiet and peaceful location removed from the sulphurous smells of Rotorua, yet so close to all the shops, restaurants and activities. You will have access to the whole property, including the garage to park your car and garden. Free parking on the street also. The house is alarmed for security and comes fully furnished with linen and towels and all kitchen equipment as well as wifi, washer/dryer, air conditioning, heating and two TV's (the main Smart TV with free netflix). 2 kayaks and lifejackets are provided for the adventurous.
