Whether you jet ski, water or snow ski, you will love this waterside sun drenched 5 bedroom home with its own private jetty. There are 3 TV’s, all connected to Sky (movies and sports package) with the master bedroom and smaller lounge (ideal for the kids) TV also having free to air. The main lounge TV has Chromecast for streaming. For music there is a small sound system in the console opposite the kitchen that you can connect your personal devices to. Bedding is supplied (blankets/duvets/pillows), please supply own linen (sheets/pillowcases/towels). Tea towels, dishcloths (in kitchen sink cupboard and drawers) and cleaning cloths are supplied. Could you please bring your own: 1. Towels, sheets and pillowcases for the beds and any extra blankets you may feel necessary. 2. Food & beverages, there are a small amount of tea, coffee, sugar, salt & pepper and oil provided but for extended stays please provide your own. 3. Personal hygiene products including soap, shampoo, hairdryers etc. 4. Laundry powder and toilet paper (a small amount of both is provided to assist). PLEASE NOTE - there is no fencing between the house and the canal. Also the water depth can vary so please do not jump into the water as there may be unseen hazards. No parties or large gatherings are to be held at this property. We do not charge a cleaning fee so please leave the house tidy and as you find it. Can you please put all rubbish in the outside bins provided, empty the dishwasher and put any used hand towels, kitchen or cleaning cloths in the laundry. If you use the BBQ please clean it after use. Security cameras are in use covering the exterior of the house.

When you enter the house, the master ensuite is on your right with its own balcony facing the lake and Cecil Peak, it has a comfortable queen bed and single for your kid. On the second level there are 2 bedrooms both have lake views and Cecil peak views. The double room has 2 single bed, and the single room has a double bed. Also it has a separate shower and toilet The spacious living and dining are on your right, with a huge balcony facing lake and the mountain the view is absolutely spectacular. You may also cook your dinner or relax at the coach to enjoy with friends and family. In the living room there is also an extra bed for the guest you may bring your own linens and feel free to use it. There are 2 heat pumps will keep you warm in the winter. Booking more than 6 days will include one room service in the middle.

As it is a private home also, you will find books, candles and private little things that make the atmosphere, just come and relax and be just yourself! Tranquility Base has WiFi, you can enjoy open plan living downstairs and will have a peaceful outlook into nature from the deck. Cute native birds will come for a visit from time to time... We have one bedroom with a Queen bed downstairs and another Queen bed on the loft (mezzanine) upstairs. The chalet has a bathroom with vanity and shower.
