Boasting 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (including master ensuite), spa-bath in main bathroom, 2 heatpumps/air-conditioning units, additional heating, gas fire-place, ping-pong table, internal access garaging, washing machine and dryer. The bedding configuration is 1x King (master bedroom), 1x King, 2x Singles (this is a split-king which can be made up as a King), 1x set of bunks with Single over Double bed. If you require the 2x Singles to be made up as a King bed, you must let us know at least 7 days prior to arrival. The top bunk is suitable for children only. Therefore, we do not allow more than 8 adults per stay. There is a triple-car internal access garage - however, the owners keep one vehicle stored here. The ping-pong table is also in the garage. You will be able to park one vehicle in the garage, and another 2 vehicles in the driveway in front of the garage. The house is the front house in a shared driveway. Strictly no parties, events or loud groups. Noise must be kept to a minimum after 9pm out of respect for the neighbours who are very close. There are security cameras at the entrance and exits of the property. Only the number of guests on your booking are allowed at the property for the duration of your stay. No pets. No smoking. The property must be left tidy. Dishes must be washed, dried and put away before departure, and all rubbish neatly bagged. The BBQ must be left clean.

Recently built in 2020, the house is alongside our home, on the Te Wahapu peninsula a few minutes’ drive from Russell. You will have your own space, including on-site parking, and we can also accommodate a small boat. There is a shared path down to the beach and you will have access to our beach shed deck overlooking the bay, so read a book, paddle in a kayak or on a stand-up paddle board and explore the local coastline. Please note the oven is a Miele steam oven and there is a convection microwave - there is no full baking/roasting oven. The cooktops are 2 portable induction and there are 2 pans, 2 saucepans and a full size electric frying pan. The fridge is a CoolDrawer so operates as either a fridge, freezer, chiller, pantry or wine fridge. We provide some coffee capsules, tea bags etc to start you off - there are 2 supermarkets in Russell should you wish to purchase any further supplies. If you need access to the laundry - this is located in the gym. Parking is available on-site for 1 vehicle and a small boat - please let us know at the time of booking if you are bringing your boat.
