Located near Acacia Bay, this beautifully furnished rural hideaway is only 8 minutes drive to town centre.
There is a swimming pool with mini slide, a spa pool to soak in, a playground to keep the kids entertained, and a glamping bell-tent (for some months of the year). Fire up the BBQ and enjoy a picnic on the extensive lawn area of this truly special property.
The stunning private grounds feature beautiful gardens, a pond, and views of Mount Tauhara.
This original lockwood home boasts 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (including master ensuite) and two separate dining areas. There is plenty of space to relax and unwind indoors and outdoors.

(The 2x Single beds can be put together, with a mattress-topper to make a Super-King if you wish. You must let us know at least 7 days prior to arrival if you would like this to be done.)
The heatpump and 2x fireplaces will keep you toasty warm.
From mid December - beginning of April, the glamping tent will be set up and available for you to use if you wish. Please note - the maximum for this property is 8 guests all year round.
IMPORTANT - There is a pond on the property, not far from the house, which is not fenced. This is a hazard, and it is important that young children are supervised at all times when staying at the property. Please take this into account before booking.
The swimming pool is not heated. The spa pool is heated and will be available all year.
This property is STRICTLY not suitable for any parties, events, gatherings, or loud groups of any kind. Noise must be kept to a minimum after 9pm out of respect for the neighbours. Whilst there is privacy from the neighbours, the noise travels. Security cameras are present on the property. There are no cameras inside the house, or pointing to the pool/spa pool or entertaining areas.
Your nightly rate includes exit clean. Linen and towels are provided (the cost for this is $15 per booking). We do not offer the option for guests to provide their own linen as we wish to ensure that the mattresses and pillows are always covered with protectors.
The house must be left tidy. All dishes must be washed, dried and put away before departure. All rubbish must be neatly bagged, and all recycling must be sorted into the correct bins.
Guests do not have access to the garage, however there is on-site parking for up to 5 vehicles.
Non-smoking property. No pets allowed.
