The master bedroom features panoramic views of the bay & includes a generous en-suite with walk-in wardrobe. All other rooms have either sea or bush views. In this idyllic spot you can fish off the beach, gather seafood, swim, kayak and launch your boat from the front lawn or leave it on your deep water mooring that comes with this property. This wonderful location has it all and is great for all water sports or simply enjoying the ever changing scene as it unfolds before you as you relax on the deck. This is laid back holidaying at its best. Part of the charm of this place is its’ seclusion – you will never hear any road noise because there is no road! This means that vehicle access is only via the beach but the sand is hard packed so it’s no problem for driving. However this does mean that the home is not accessible by car for an hour or 2 either side of high tide so if you arrive and the water is lapping your front lawn, make use of the carpark at the end of the road, then it is a simple 2 minute walk along the beach. Make a coffee or pour a wine and by the time you’re done you can wander back and collect your vehicle. - There is a Weber available for your use - Kayaks and paddle boards are also available - Cleaning charge is a $180 per visit. - All long weekends are charged at the peak rate and have a minimum of 3 nights stay. - You are welcome to bring a boat for fishing or pleasure cruising and may use our mooring while you stay. Please note that a cleaning fee of $180 is applicable to each booking.

Cedar Bay is in the heart of the Russell Village just 150 meters to the local bakery, 4 Square, restaurants, café, museum & waterfront… The house has fabulous views from the upstairs living area & patio. The large open plan living room, kitchen and dining area which leads out onto the shaded patio area is perfect for entertaining with a large BBQ and a chimenea for those slightly cooler evenings. The master bedroom is on the upper level and has incredible views of the harbour - sitting in bed with a cup of tea in the morning is just what a summer holiday is all about - you even have your own private en-suite. On the lower level there are 3 bedrooms, the first with 2 king single beds, the second with a queen and there's even a kids bunk & play room with 4 beds (2 sets of bunks) and a shared combined laundry and bathroom. Please note: For your comfort the house is pet free and is non-smoking property.

Situated in a private setting on the foreshore of beautiful Kowharewa Bay.Surrounded by mature native trees and right on top of lovely beach only 25 metres away providing safe swimming,kayaking,paddleboarding etc.Recently constructed "tiny house' hut designed for "glampers"!sleeps 2 people(couple) with double bed,small kitchenette,microwave,portable hob,small fridge/freezer & electric pan/BBQ/cooking on the terrace where you can enjoy spectacular views of the Bay a stones throw away. The toilet facilities,shower,bathroom are located a short distance away (25 metres) under the main house.There is a bedroom here sometimes occupied but generally not used when Bach Hut booked and the bathroom is only used exclusively for Bach Hut guests. If you are an older person look carefully at site to see what Bach Hut offers,Where bathroom is (under main house) smaller confines etc.While younger people love it perhaps not so suitable for older folks.
