Te Horo Beach is a small, costal community with a relaxed rural vibe. The perfect spot to experience the classic Kiwi summer. Located 1 hours drive from Wellington and 10 minutes to either Otaki or Waikanae, you will feel remote yet close to the shops/ restaurants when you need. You will instantly feel on holiday in this bright and welcoming home. There is plenty of room for the whole family, sleeping 7 people across three bedrooms. The main room inside the house has a queen bed and the second room has a bunk bed (double on the bottom single on the top). There is a spacious Sleep-out, 2 metres from the house which has a queen bed and small couch. This space gets a lot of sun and is perfect for reading a book. The sink (with cold water) and kettle is great for making a cuppa or brushing teeth without having to go back inside the main house at night. Please note - The house sleeps 5 people, the sleep out key will only be provided for guests who book for 5 people or more. The house is well equipped for toddlers and infants. There is a port-a-cot, high chair, books and toys to keep your little ones entertained. Should you need anything else please just ask. The lounge opens out to a deck on both sides allowing you to enjoy the sun all day long. The front deck is perfect for alfresco dinning. The backyard is sheltered and sunny, a great spot for enjoying an afternoon drink. The kitchen has everything you should need to cook yourself a yummy meal, so bring lots of food and make the most of the facilities. There is a New World and Countdown in both Waikanae and Otaki (less than 10 minutes away) and also plenty of takeaways and restaurant options. Come and make some wonderful memories here! This property until very recently was our home. We’ve moved just down the road to a bigger house as we love the area so much, we hope you will love it too! Guest access You can access the whole property excluding the locked garage at the back. Other things to note: We fell in love with Te Horo beach when we purchased this house 5 years ago, with our growing family we have moved just down the road, and are often available should you need anything.
