This beautiful, family-sized, child-friendly beach house is located on an elevated section at Raumati beach. With fantastic views of the sea and Kapiti Island, this fully equipped home also boasts a swimming pool for extra fun in the sun. The house comfortably sleeps 8 (maximum of 10) and consists of three bedrooms (one with ensuite and spa bath). The detached sleepout can also sleep an additional 3 people and has its own toilet and shower.Please supply childrens ages and optional linen/cleaning hire if required,you may provide your own .Please state which option. There are plenty of indoor and outdoor toys to keep the children occupied and a lovely warm sunroom for the adults. Quaint Raumati Village is only a 10 minute stroll away - relax with a cuppa at one of the popular cafes, shop at one of the boutique stores or take the children to the recently upgraded park. *Please note no smoking or vaping permitted inside the house, but allowed outside.*

There are also many other fabulous walks close by, the jewel being the fabulous Kapiti Escarpment Walk, native bush walks, cycling tracks, world renowned Southwards Car Museum and of course our magnificent Paraparaumu Golf Club is just a stroll around the corner. Foodies can discover our abundant local produce by visiting many producers open for visitors, like Tuatara Brewery, Kapiti cheese, Waikanae Crab, Limencello, Olives groves, if you’re here on a Saturday morning, wander down to our farmers market for great breakfast treats, fresh produce, honey, eggs, fish, gourmet meats, artisan bakers, pickles, jams, preserves, crafts and music. Enjoy a 5 minute stroll along Marine parade to get fish & chips for dinner at the beach, stop for a drink or cocktail or sample our many restaurants, bars, cafes and eateries catering for all tastes including vegan, Indian, Thai, Roasts, Turkish, sushi, pizza, fish & chips. Completely independent from our home, with designated off street guest parking, you are able to self check-in anytime after 3pm (potentially earlier by prior arrangement only). We are around most of the time but you probably won’t see us unless you feel like a chat or we can help in anyway. Our windows don’t overlook the guest house, so you feel comfortable and private. Our cat is on the property, usually keeps to himself but may wander past. Minimum 2 night stay, longer stays may be available by prior arrangement.
