The main lounge is connected to the kitchen, dining and outside partially covered deck area. A second lounge also opens to the deck. The three bedrooms all have queen beds in them and a fold out couch in the second lounge can be utilised too. There is one main bathroom with bath and an ensuite off the main bedroom. It may not have a huge back yard but who needs it when you’ve got a fire pit at your doorstep, the reserve through the back gate, playground and tennis courts just around the corner and expansive beach with boat ramp minutes away! You’ll have all you need to arrive, relax and get into holiday mode. All pantry basics included, BBQ ready to go, beach chairs, two bikes, tennis rackets, board games, books and beach activities. There's even a hot outdoor shower to wash the sand and salt away! The Raumati South township with Four Square, Fish and Chips, cafe and bar is just a 15 minute walk along the beach. A 10 minute drive away you have Paraparaumu with supermarkets, Coastlands shopping centre and more eateries. If you'd like to venture further afield Wellington City is an easy 40 minute drive away or 45 minutes by train with stations at Paekakariki and Paraparaumu. You really do have your pick from this location! If you're missing your furry friend back home, our cat Moon would love to keep you company during your stay but if you're not a cat person, that's not a problem either.
