SPECIAL CONDITIONS at Moananui Lodge PURAU Weekends: Two nights minimum stay. Long weekends: Three nights minimum stay. Easter: Four nights minimum stay. Rates vary depending on time of year, length of stay and number of guests. From May, Moananui Lodge is available for 3 to 6+ months full rental. This also applies to La Vie En Rose Cottage, Akaroa. Conservative and careful use of Water is to be observed throughout the year, especially during summer months as Moananui Lodge relies as all Purau residents and holiday home owners, on its rain fed water tank. Guests are encouraged to bring their own drinking water to supplement the household supply. Pets on holiday can be discussed with owner. Many Kiwi holiday homes such as this one require guests to leave interior and exterior of house in the same clean and tidy condition as they enjoyed on their arrival. A checklist of house rules is provided in the Moananui Lodge booklet which is emailed to guests once fees are paid in full. Entry is from 2pm and vacating on the final day is by 12 noon.
