This 1960`s Kiwi Bach is situated on a waterfront site in Acacia Bay. The property has riparian rights giving you your own beach in the centre of the bay complete with the use of our mooring 30 metres off the beach directly in front of the bach. Acacia Bay has a northeasterly aspect providing total shelter from prevailing winds from the south, southwest and west. This is a truely unique property and one of a handful of properties on the lake with its own beach and mooring facility. The bach has two levels. The upper level providing two bedrooms, toilet/bathroom (bath), lounge/dining and kitchen.
