This property is very close to the neighbours, and whilst there are multiple single-beds, we are only welcoming families, and quiet groups to enjoy the home. Strictly no loud groups, no paties and no events. Noise disturbances to the neighbours will not be tolerated. The house must be left tidy. Dishes must be washed, dried and put away before departure. The BBQ must be left clean. Please note - there is no garage access.

You have your own outdoor area north facing so lots of sun and views on your own private garden area. The Flat is only 10 minutes for Queenstown, Arrowtown and Frankton and we have Golf courses, Biking Trails and Walking Tracks all very close by. We will be on site to give information on all local attractions eateries etc. We do have Dogs on site they are very friendly and will only interact with you at your request. Classic Kiwi Bach, 2 minute walk to Town Centre, short walk to main beach and wharf. Traditional Kiwi Bach in the heart of Whangamata. The bach has just been freshly painted and has new lino in the toilet, washhouse, bathroom and kitchen. Its fresh and very clean. There is also an outdoors shower. Just walk 150M for a morning coffee or a short 500M walk with the Kids to the beautiful Whangamata Beach. The supermarket is also only 500M down the end of the road so a great location all round. So close to all facilities you can just park the car up and unwind with no traffic jams. Easy double roadside access which makes it great for a boat. A lovely place to stay while enjoying the sun, sand, and surf of Whangamata.

The den/sunroom in the house can be open plan or shut off for peace and quiet. 3 smart TV's, WiFi ultra fast with excellent coverage, plenty of books, games, and puzzles. Good cell phone coverage. The main house is heated by an open fire, heat pump, nightstore heater and underfloor heating in the kitchen and main bathroom, and the studio unit by a heat pump. All beds have electric blankets, feather duvets, and extra blankets. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, electric oven, fridge freezer, microwave, whizz, etc etc and a full range of crockery and cutlery. The studio has a fridge, microwave, jug, toaster, table & chairs, crockery and cutlery. The laundry has a washing machine, dryer, and tub in it, clothes line at back door. Downstairs in the basement there is the firewood supply, 2 kayaks with life jackets. The photos on this website are old, and some painting and refurbishment has been done since thay were taken. Due to Covid it is necessary for our cleaners to go through the house and studio unit after each rental. You will still need to leave the house tidy for them with dishes done etc. Unfortunately we need to charge each group $200 for this. An option to have linen supplied with the beds made up ready for your arrival is available also. You will go home feeling refreshed and recharged!!
