This spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment is the perfect holiday pad for small families or groups of friends who want to be near the beach and town centre of Whangamata. Bedding configuration is 1x King, 1x Double, 1x Double. The master bedroom is on the top floor, and offers fantastic views, plus it's own ensuite bathroom. On the floor below, there are 2 bedrooms and another bathroom, with a shower over bath, and a separate toilet. The living area has expansive views and opens onto the deck, which is the ultimate spot to fire up the BBQ or relax with a glass of wine while taking in the scenery. The ground floor of this apartment has a separate, private apartment which may be tenanted during your stay. Your apartment has it's own separate entrance. However the yard around the apartment, parking area and the clothesline are shared with the apartment below. It is also very important to note that the yard is not fenced off, and there are areas on the grounds that have a drop. It is not safe for young children to be in the yard area without an adult closely watching them. No smoking, no pets. Noise must be kept to a minimum after 9pm out of respect for the people in the apartment below, and the neighbours who are close. The apartment must be left tidy. Dishes must be washed, dried and put away before departure. The BBQ must be left clean. Maximum 6 guests per stay.

Handy to all the great things that Whitianga has to offer, you can be at the beach, shops, restaurants, cafe's or the Lost Spring within a matter of minutes. The layout of this house makes it suitable for families of up to 12 guests. Please note, we allow a maximum of 8 adults per stay. The upper level offers a modern open-plan kitchen and living which opens to the expansive, private deck. This level also consists of 2 bedrooms, plus main bathroom with separate toilet. Downstairs has 3 bedrooms, plus an additional space with a single bed and couch. You need to walk through this space to get to the other bedrooms and bathroom. Great family place, in a fantastic location, at reasonable rates, what else do you need for a great stay at Whangamata. We have air conditioning, Sky TV, tons of DVD's, two bathrooms, outdoor hot and cold shower, plus large secure back yard area. With rates from $170 per night, we provide a beautiful, clean and relaxing place to enjoy your stay in Whangamata. Our homely holiday house is in a beautiful and quiet location only minutes walk from town and the beach. This Beach house is at the end of Lorraine place and has easy walkways at the end of the cul de sac, to help make it only a 5 minute walk to town plus Whangamata and RSA clubs, also 12 minutes to the beach. We provide heating, plus electric blankets on the queen beds over the cooler months. There is a children's playground within an easy walk on the way to town. The supermarket and local club are also easy walks so park the car up and enjoybachlife. If you are a fisho, we are handy to the boat ramp and, have a filleting bench (with hot and cold water) , plus plenty of parking on site. We provide our place in a clean, tidy, safe, and healthy manner and ask all guests to leave it in the same manner. We offer a cleaning service from $60. We request a bond that is returnable after clean exit. Booking is not confirmed until deposit is paid in full and accepted. There are lots of events in Whangamata over the year to get involved in, plus fishing, walks, surf beach, mini putt, 9 hole and 18 hole golf. Plenty of great cafes and shops to spend quality time in. We are available for bookings all year round, and we have a few regulars, which is a testament that this is a great holiday place to enjoy your stay in Whangamata. We don't live at this place so the whole house is available for your holiday (except the garage). We have ramp access on the back deck, plus up the Left hand side of the house, to help with mobility access.
